Role and Responsibilities:

· Preparation and Updating of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)

· Preparation and Updating of Piping Instrumentation Diagram (P&IDs)

· Maintain Master copies, Check prints and Final copies of Deliverables.

· Hydraulic Calculations for single phase and Two-phase lines

· Pump hydraulic calculation for single loop and multi loop systems

· Control Valve Sizing

· Datasheet preparation for Equipment and Instruments

· Thermal design of heat exchanger using HTRI/ EDR

· PSV sizing calculations using API-520/521

· Tank sizing and Inbreathing/ Outbreathing calculation

· Vendor document review

· Software Proficiency; Aspen Hysys , HTRI
