skills:expert on 3d modelling (cimatron software knowledge added advantage)/drawings 2d & 3d and bill of materials

job description:

 performing sheet metal component feasibility study.

 involved in design and detailing for press tool.

 designing of die layout for stage and progressive tool

 creating of drawings 2d & 3d and bill of materials.

 creation of final drawings fordie element and assembly detail.

 engineering standards followed by selection of raw material for the required products creation of bill of materials for raw material, individual components and assembly.

 designing of press tools like as blanking, piercing, restricting, forming, bending and progressive press tools.

 through knowledge in gd&t.

 leading all activities of tool design & development from conceptual through detail phases, post design support to development & proving.

 designing tool for critical press parts. (high tolerance)

 designing progressive die & multi stage tool essential responsibilities.

 expert on 3d modelling (cimatron software knowledge added advantage)

shift timing :

am to pm - 1st shift

to pm - 2nd shift

to - 3rd shift

am to pm - general shift

sunday week off
