Position : Senior Design Engineer Qualification : BE-Mechanical or NTTF with Specialization in Catia / UGExperience : 10 to 12 years in Press Tools design & modelling (preferably progressive tool design ) Location : Pune Chakan Budget : 5 to 6 lpa1. Stage Wise Development2. Proto Tool development3. Capable of checking 2D/3D design2. Ability to lead team of 8 to 10 people.

Group Leader -Development EngineerJob Profile: Press Tools, Jigs, Fixtures and gauges basic design, manufacturing through outsourcing on time Faster Product refresh through proper planning and execution Process planning for new products including process capability. Process costing, Co-ordination with Supplier for Projects activities & Process hand-over. Zero Base costing Sourcing of new suppliers and developing them towards long term association. APQP, Time plan, Project Management and preparing project status for review. Handling project CFT and get the work done Planning of Risk and mitigation plan Planning and monitoring of projects from RFQ to Handover Zero Base costing Projects, Part, Process & Etc,. Knowledge on Press Tools, Jigs, Fixtures and gauges basic design, manufacturing Knowledge on PPAP, change management, Problem solving skills Co-ordination with team and supplier for Projects activities. Sourcing of new suppliers and developing them towards long term association. Candidate Profile:- BE/DME/NTTF/Post DIPLOMA IN Press Tool Design Minimum 5 to 7 years relevant experience in Design/Manufacturing OF Press Tool Male candidates up to 30 years of age Good problem solving skills Hands-on experience on AutoCAD 2000 mandatory and on Wildfire 3 desirable Good communication and coordination skills Proven expertise in leading a team Good CFT Coordination

Responsibilities :Designs Tools / Fixtures /Gauges as per machining or assembly requirement.Co-ordinate for manufacture of fixture either in house.SKILLS: Any 3d software( PREFERED: NX-CAD ) WITH MIN 2YEARS EXPERIENCE
