Job Overview:

We are looking for an engaging Workshop Presenter with 12+ years of teaching or facilitation experience. The role involves delivering interactive 4-hour sessions, creating relevant content, and fostering student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Workshop Delivery: Conduct a structured, engaging 4-hour session using diverse teaching methods.

Content Development: Develop workshop materials (slides, handouts, activities) and ensure content relevance and accuracy.

Student Engagement: Encourage participation through discussions, activities, and quick assessments.

Feedback & Improvement: Collect feedback, adjust content based on responses, and provide summary reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Master's degree (preferably in Education, Communication, Psychology)

Experience: 12+ years in teaching/training, experience with young audiences

Key Skills: Session planning, pedagogical knowledge, student engagement, feedback assessment.
