responsibilities:
• assist the sales team by understanding client requirements and providing technical expertise.

• support project coordination from presales to project initiation.
• build and maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted technical advisor.
• provide technical support for sales efforts, including presentations and documentation.
qualifications:
• bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably related to industrial automation, water treatment, or control systems.
• previous experience in a presales or sales support role, particularly in tubewell water automation and water/sewage treatment.
• strong technical knowledge of industrial automation systems.
• excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• proficiency in proposal and project documentation.
