Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team by understanding client requirements and providing technical expertise.

Collaborate with clients to design and recommend technical solutions.

Help prepare detailed technical proposals and ensure their accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.

Support project coordination from presales to project initiation.

Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted technical advisor.

Provide technical support for sales efforts, including presentations and documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably related to industrial automation, water treatment, or control systems.

Previous experience in a presales or sales support role, particularly in Tubewell Water Automation and Water/Sewage Treatment.

Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation systems.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Proposal and Project Documentation.
