role & responsibilities:

responsible for handling the customers inquiry and coordinate with sales team,

follow-up with customers.

client relationship management, handling calls, collecting and updating the database.

good communication skill.

handful knowledge in ms office and other basics of computer.

working days - six days a week (including weekends) will be eligible for a one staggered weekly off during weekdays.

desired candidate profile:

excellent communication skills and willing to work in voice process and ready to work in shifts.

language preferred - we are only looking for english and kannada

salary -18k+ incentives upto 34k
