Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture relationships with high-net-worth or preferred clients to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
Understand clients financial goals and provide personalized insurance and investment solutions accordingly.
Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant products such as life insurance, health plans, and investment options.
Serve as the primary point of contact for preferred clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor client portfolios regularly and provide timely reviews and recommendations.
Organize client engagement activities, events, and communication to strengthen relationships.
Achieve or exceed sales and retention targets for the preferred client segment.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies throughout the client lifecycle.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
