Job Summary:
The Pre-Sales Executive will play a key role in facilitating the admission process for students and supporting their placement into respective positions. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, strong communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure a smooth admission journey and successful onboarding of students into their placements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inquiry Management
o Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students and parents regarding admission and placement procedures, requirements, and available programs/services.
o Provide accurate information about the institution/organization, programs, facilities, and services.
2. Application Processing
o Assist applicants in completing required application forms and documents.
o Review applications for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all necessary information is provided.
3. Documentation & Records
o Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all applicants, including documents, communication history, and application statuses.
o Ensure confidentiality and security of applicant information.
4. Communication
o Communicate admission decisions to applicants and provide guidance on next steps.
o Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, or campus tours as required.
o Interact with international and Indian students to verify readiness of documents before joining placements/ships.
5. Coordination
o Liaise with the administration department for reviewing applications and admission decisions.
o Work with the finance department for payment confirmation and loan-related assistance.
o Coordinate with representatives and recruitment partners to generate admission leads and facilitate student placement.
6. Events & Outreach
o Assist in organizing and participating in admission events such as open days, orientation programs, and information sessions.
o Represent the institution at recruitment fairs, education expos, and community outreach events.
7. Compliance & Policies
o Ensure compliance with institutional policies, admission guidelines, and placement regulations.
o Stay updated with changes in admission requirements, placement protocols, and industry trends.
8. Customer Service
o Deliver exceptional support to applicants and their families by addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
9. Reporting & Analytics
o Generate and present reports on admission and placement statistics, trends, and outcomes.
o Provide insights to management for continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, pre-sales, counselling, or placement support (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).
• Prior experience in educational institutions, recruitment, or training services will be an advantage.
