product demonstration: conduct compelling, tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to show prospective clients how the solution addresses their specific pain points.
solution design & customization: translate client business requirements into technical solutions. develop customized technical architecture, proof-of-concepts (pocs), and pilot programs to validate the proposed solution.
proposal and documentation: develop and present technical proposals, statements of work (sows), and responses to technical sections of rfps (request for proposals) and rfis (request for information).
competitive analysis: maintain an in-depth knowledge of competitor products and market trends to effectively position the company's solutions as superior options.
feedback loop: serve as a conduit for market intelligence, providing feedback from clients and prospects to the product management and engineering teams to influence future product development.
