Key Responsibilities
Technical Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to understand client business challenges and technical needs. Act as the primary technical point of contact during the sales process.
Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling, tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to show prospective clients how the solution addresses their specific pain points.
Solution Design & Customization: Translate client business requirements into technical solutions. Develop customized technical architecture, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and pilot programs to validate the proposed solution.
Proposal and Documentation: Develop and present technical proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and responses to technical sections of RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information).
Competitive Analysis: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of competitor products and market trends to effectively position the company's solutions as superior options.
Feedback Loop: Serve as a conduit for market intelligence, providing feedback from clients and prospects to the Product Management and Engineering teams to influence future product development.
