experience required:

minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate presales, crm lead management and client coordination.

individual responsibilities:

1. handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and inquiries through phone and walk-ins.

2. qualify leads by understanding customer requirements.

3. arrange and schedule site visits with clients.

4. ⁠ensure tight and consistent follow-ups.

5. ⁠maintain strong knowledge of local real estate projects and market trends to enhance property pitches and client interactions.

6. ⁠send property details, and relevant information to potential clients.

7. update and maintain lead data accurately in the crm system.

8. achieve individual targets for site visits and bookings.

requirements:

1. proven real estate presales experience.

2. proficiency in lead management crm tools, google suite (drive/docs/sheets).

3. strong communication and client handling abilities.

4. target - oriented, proactive and problem-solving mindset.

5. strong local market knowledge of pune real estate.
