responsibilities:
- initiate outbound calls to prospective students who may require financial assistance for their education abroad.
- engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and educate them about our education loan products.
- identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and rapport-building.
- stay updated on the features and benefits of our education loan products.
- effectively communicate product details and eligibility criteria to potential clients.
- collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition of a lead from the pre-sales team to the sales team.
- meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead conversion.
- ensure a positive experience for potential clients throughout the engagement process.
required qualifications:
- freshers can apply with minimum 6month experience
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- strong persuasion skills
