💰 Salary: ₹50,000/month + Lucrative Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and result-oriented Female Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and make outbound calls

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Qualify leads and schedule site visits/meetings

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion

• Maintain accurate lead and customer records

• Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

• Prior experience in real estate pre-sales/telecalling preferred

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality

• Good knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
