Opening For Pre Primary Teacher (Only Females)

we are seeking a dynamic, qualified, and dedicated pre-primary and primary teacher (pprt) who will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students from pre-primary to primary grades, in line with cbse guidelines. the ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping young minds, encouraging creative expression, and fostering a positive, supportive learning environment.

key responsibilities:

teaching & curriculum development:

plan and deliver engaging lessons that adhere to the cbse curriculum.

ensure the teaching content is age-appropriate and delivered in an interactive and innovative manner.

develop, plan, and organize learning experiences that enhance the physical, cognitive, and emotional development of children.

conduct assessments and provide feedback to students and parents.

classroom management:

create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning.

implement strategies for effective classroom discipline and conflict resolution, maintaining a positive classroom culture.

ensure the well-being and emotional development of children under your care.

parent & teacher communication:

regularly communicate with parents regarding the progress of their children.

participate in parent-teacher meetings and collaborate with parents to support students growth.

maintain records of student progress and share insights with the school administration.

extracurricular involvement:

contribute to school events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities.

support the development of students' talents through activities like art, music, dance, and physical education.

continuous professional development:

stay updated with cbse norms, teaching methodologies, and new educational trends.

participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training programs to enhance teaching skills.
