key responsibilities:

assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities for children aged 3–6 years, following the school’s curriculum (cambridge) and international best practices.

foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

incorporate storytelling, songs, role play, art, and hands-on activities into daily lessons.

maintain classroom discipline using positive behavior management techniques.

prepare teaching aids, classroom displays, and learning materials.

observe and record children’s progress, providing input for student reports.

communicate effectively with parents and participate in parent–teacher meetings.

collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school events, field trips, and celebrations.

adhere to school policies, child safety regulations, and ethical teaching standards.

strong communication skills in english (spoken and written).

patience, empathy, and a child-friendly approach.
