**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Create Lesson Plans:** Design fun and educational lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of children aged 3 to 6 years to promote learning through play and exploration.

- **Conduct Activities:** Organize and conduct various educational activities that enhance children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth, helping them learn basic concepts through hands-on experience.

- **Assess Student Progress:** Regularly evaluate children's progress and development, providing feedback to parents and implementing changes to teaching methods as needed to meet each child's needs.

- **Maintain Classroom Environment:** Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity, ensuring that all materials are accessible and age-appropriate.

- **Communicate with Parents:** Maintain open communication with parents, updating them on their child’s progress and addressing any concerns, fostering a strong partnership between home and school.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The candidate should possess an Advanced/Higher Diploma in early childhood education or a related field. They should have 1 to 7 years of teaching experience, showcasing a strong understanding of child development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with children and their families effectively. A patient, nurturing attitude and a creative approach to teaching will help inspire students and create a love for learning.
