We are looking for a skilled PPC Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Umbergaon. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and a strong understanding of production processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Production Planning:** Develop and oversee production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization.
- **Inventory Management:** Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers to maintain stock and reduce waste.
- **Process Improvement:** Analyze existing production processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with various departments, including procurement, quality assurance, and logistics, to align production goals with company objectives.
- **Data Analysis:** Use data to track performance metrics, ensuring that production targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.
- **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular reports on production status and issues to management for decision-making.
