PPC Engineer - Full Time

We are looking for a skilled PPC Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Umbergaon. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and a strong understanding of production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Planning: Develop and oversee production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization.

- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers to maintain stock and reduce waste.

- Process Improvement: Analyze existing production processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including procurement, quality assurance, and logistics, to align production goals with company objectives.

- Data Analysis: Use data to track performance metrics, ensuring that production targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production status and issues to management for decision-making.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates must have a Diploma and at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong understanding of production planning and inventory management is essential.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and devise effective solutions.
