Freshers For Power Plant Technician - Solapur

We are hiring for Solar Panel Installer for our ongoing project in 600 MW Solar Project In Solapur Maharashtra. We are providing Loging + Fooding and respected sites.

The Solar Panel Installer is responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role involves assembling mounting structures, installing solar panels, wiring electrical components, and ensuring all installations comply with safety standards, engineering specifications, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, mounting systems, and related equipment on rooftops and ground-mounted structures.

Read and interpret site layouts, engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, and installation plans.

Assemble and secure racking systems according to manufacturer specifications.

Install DC and AC wiring, conduits, junction boxes, combiner boxes, and grounding systems.

Perform electrical connections between solar modules, inverters, batteries, and distribution panels under supervision where required.

Conduct system testing, commissioning support, and performance verification after installation.

Inspect completed installations to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with applicable electrical codes.

Troubleshoot and repair minor installation issues and report major defects to supervisors.

Follow all workplace safety procedures, including working at heights, fall protection, PPE usage, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.

Maintain installation tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.

Complete installation reports, checklists, and documentation accurately.

Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, electricians, and clients to complete projects on schedule.
