To install solar power plant as per scheduled.

Ensure preventive maintenance schedules do not reduce the operational efficiency of the Plant. Ensure Tools and spares are used and stored as per technical guidelines. Ensure consumables are ordered in the right quantities and available when required. Conduct regular checks of all E&M machinery / equipment to highlight technical problems expected. Ensure adequate preventive measures are taken to enable smooth function of the Plant. Plan and Execute routine maintenance activities and troubleshooting associated with E & M equipment. Monitor equipment efficiency and suggest improvements to increase operating efficiency. Ensure Hourly Generation report and monthly report. Ensure log book / event book as a record while maintenance the units. Establish positive relationships with local Electrical contractors ensuring quick turnaround on all requests. Verify site activities and certify Contractor bills, as relevant. Ensure real-time availability of accurate data in UPPTCL (SLDC). Set Self Development goals. Participating and supporting the company wide HR initiatives. Ensure the additional responsibilities of accounts / stores / purchasing / Laisioning. (to be shared with all the team members)
