· Develop interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to visualize complex data sets.

· Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data visualization needs.

· Design and implement data models and data transformations to support reporting requirements. Utilize advanced features of Power BI and Excel to create dynamic and interactive visualizations.

· Optimize report performance and data refresh processes for efficient delivery of insights.

· Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for data visualization and report design.

· Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

· Train and mentor junior team members on Power BI and Excel reporting best practices.

· Uses SQL to query data to create datasets for dashboard development

· Interprets requirements shared by the business to create or refine wireframes

· Develops interactive visualizations to deliver on requirements (bar charts, line charts, pie/ donut, etc). Provides QA to dashboard for report correctness

· Produces nicely polished final product in power BI that Aligns with TSC brand standards. Clearly Understand complex Tableau reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use.

· Provide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation. Proven experience in developing and working Tableau driven dashboards, analytics.

· Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements to technical specifications. Working knowledge of Tableau administrator/architecture.
