jd – pre-sales (blended process)

designation : policy advisor (health insurance)

no of people required : 30 nos

ctc : up to lpa + 15k incentive

location : bangalore (hsr layout)

company : acko general insurance

experience : 2+ years

ideal candidate background:

• proficient in english and hindi verbal communication

• quick learner with ability to grasp new systems and processes

• detail oriented and thorough in ensuring minimal errors while sending communication to customers

• at least 2 years of experience in handling customers in both voice and non-voice process

• demonstrates a flair for helping and servicing clients

• active listening, empathy and patience wrt customer interactions

• ability to convert leads to sales without being pushy/intrusive

• ability to articulate in different ways

• comfortable working 6 days with 1 rotational week off

• candidate should be comfortable working in rotational shifts

• candidates should be willing to work from office

• open for off roll

interview rounds:

screening + level 1 ops + final ops + hr discussion
