PLC Technician Job Description:
• Install, configure, and program PLC systems (., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi).
• Design, assemble, and troubleshoot electrical control panels and wiring layouts.
• Can perform
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PLC-controlled machinery and automation equipment.
• Modify existing PLC logic, HMI screens, and control wiring based on operational needs.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic.
• Develop and fine-tune PID control loops for process automation (., flow, pressure, temperature control).

Qualification :
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in PLC programming and electrical technician.
• knowledge of PLC brands such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or Mitsubishi.
• Knowledge in HMI/SCADA systems, sensors, VFDs, and control circuits.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and ladder logic diagrams.
• Design, assemble, and troubleshoot electrical control panels and wiring layouts.
