1. Oversee daily farm operations ensure smooth functioning of all production activities and it's documentation.

2. Monitor and manage farm inventory including equipment & fertilizer.

3. Maintain and update planning Google sheet.

4. Support RM for making agronomical schedules of crops.

5. Maintain filing and documentation work.

6. Visit to market & Govt office if required.
