key responsibilities:

- plan, organize, and oversee the manufacturing process to ensure efficient production.

- develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand.

- monitor production kpis and adjust strategies to achieve goals.

- ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

- collaborate with the quality control team to address and resolve quality issues.

- lead, mentor, and develop the factory management team.
