Primary Responsibilities

 Updating MIS for Ongoing projects/Projects on floor and Gone projects, Sharing same with Store/Production/Purchase teams on daily basis.

 Monthly MIS preparation for Supply chain

 Pending PR-PO report generation

 Daily inward of material tracked to be through Sap, Commitments to be taken from purchase team for PR raised-(Q link/random), intimation to be given to teams for receipt and issuing for outward of material against Projects.

 Daily checking Inbound delivery raised by store inward team and GRN done against same

 Consumable stock and material stock monitoring

 Co-ordination between Store/Production/Purchase/Inward/Quality team for inwarding of material on time and outwarding to projects on floor.

 Updating store inward team/production team about inward of material.

 Updating store inward team/production team about commitments of material inward shared by purchase against Project shortages.
