Job description
1. You will be responsible for planning and managing design development, and handling construction and post-construction co-ordination issues between related parties of the projects
.2. You will ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and quality standards.
3. To Prepare the Construction Schedule (overall, annual and updates) in consultation with the project team and ensure that all concerned are aware of plans
4. To work out the recourse requirement (Man power, equipment, material etc. so as to fulfill the construction schedule prepared as above)
5. To work out the financial budget (project budget as well as annual budget)
6. To analyze the gaps between the planned vs. actual and highlights the areas needing attention for action of the project team.
7. Preparation of MIS reports to assist the project manager in a) Monitoring of works, resource utilization, productivity studies etc
.8. Resource Productivity Control
.9. Time Progress Control.
10. Resource Mobilization Control.
11. Direct Cost Control.
