Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Drive Execution: Organize and oversee end-to-end campus placement drives (online/offline) for large groups of students.

Corporate Outreach: Connect with HR teams from top mass recruiters (IT, BPO, Retail) to schedule hiring events.

Student Readiness: Screen students for eligibility and ensure they are prepared for aptitude tests and initial screening rounds.

Database Management: Manage large student datasets in Excel to track eligibility, attendance, and offer letters.

Requirements

Experience: 13 years in Campus Placement, University Relations, or Volume Recruitment.

Skills: Strong networking ability, event management, and advanced MS Excel skills.

Focus: Proven track record of handling high-volume fresher recruitment.

Day to day operations and process adherence in delivery hubs
Ensuring compliance and adherence to the systems and processes
Ensuring cost control and cost optimization
Recruiting, training and managing the team's performance
Increase in productivity by maintaining 100% on time delivery.
Cash management (Sales cash, petty cash and Change fund) and vehicle management
Acts as a people manager and coordinates with HR for FEs salaries, other issues & grievances.
Ensures Delivery executives follow proper dress code, maintain their behaviour with customers and follows traffic rules
Ensures all the operational SOPs are followed and timely audit is conducted.
