responsibilities:

- leadership in development: lead the design, development, and implementation of complex pl/sql applications, overseeing all phases of the software development lifecycle.

- business analysis & architecture definition: conduct complex business analysis to understand requirements and define the architecture of applications, ensuring that database structures effectively support business logic and workflows.

- architectural design: define and design the overall architecture of applications, ensuring optimal integration with existing systems and compliance with industry standards.

- mentorship: mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices, coding standards, and a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

- stakeholder engagement: collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring that projects are completed to specification and on schedule.

- advanced optimization: perform advanced performance tuning and optimization on large datasets, applying expertise to improve efficiency and reduce processing time.

- solutioning & recommendations: evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that enhance development processes and improve overall project outcomes, ensuring solutions are scalable and sustainable.

- client interaction: engage with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

qualifications:

- bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred for senior candidates.
