We are looking for a Picker to join our team in Dehradun. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with little to no experience who are eager to learn and grow in a bustling work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Order Picking**: Accurately select and gather products according to customer orders. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right items are chosen and prepared for delivery.

2. **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining inventory levels. This includes monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to supervisors.

3. **Quality Control**: Check items for damage or defects before packing. It is crucial to ensure only high-quality products are sent out.

4. **Packing and Labeling**: Properly pack products and label them for shipping. Attention to detail is important to avoid mistakes in deliveries.

5. **Cleanliness and Organization**: Keep your work area clean and organized. This helps maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed at least 10th grade and possess a positive attitude. Being detail-oriented and able to follow instructions is essential. You should be a team player, willing to work collaboratively with colleagues. Good physical stamina is important, as the role may involve standing for long periods and lifting items. Basic knowledge of inventory systems or warehouse practices is a plus, although training will be provided.
