We are looking for a dedicated Picker & Packer to join our team in Dehradun. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and packing products for shipment to ensure they reach customers on time and in excellent condition.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Product Selection:** Accurately pick products from inventory based on orders received. This requires attention to detail to ensure the right items are chosen.

- **Packing Products:** Safely pack selected items using appropriate materials to protect them during transit. This ensures that products arrive at their destination without damage.

- **Quality Checks:** Inspect items for any defects or inconsistencies before packing. This helps maintain high-quality standards in our shipments.

- **Labeling Packages:** Label packages correctly with shipping information. Accurate labeling is essential for smooth delivery and tracking.

- **Inventory Management:** Assist in keeping the inventory organized by returning unused items to their proper locations. This helps maintain order in the storage area.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping goals and deadlines. Teamwork is key to ensuring operations run smoothly.

Required skills and expectations include:

- A minimum educational qualification of 10th pass.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and packing.

- Basic math skills for inventory and counting items.

- Good communication skills for effective teamwork.
