Picker & Packer - Full Time - Freshers

As a Picker & Packer, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our customers in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Order Picking:** Retrieve items from storage based on customer orders, ensuring the accuracy of the products picked.

- **Packing Orders:** Safely pack items into boxes or containers, using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transport.

- **Labeling Shipments:** Attach shipping labels and any necessary documentation to each package, ensuring clear identification for delivery.

- **Inventory Management:** Assist in managing stock levels by keeping track of items picked and packed, reporting any shortages to supervisors.

- **Cleanliness and Safety:** Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a minimum education of 10th grade and can have up to 6 years of experience. Attention to detail is essential to ensure the accuracy of picked orders. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be physically fit to handle lifting and moving items. Basic math skills are important for counting and organizing products accurately. Good communication skills will also help you collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
