- Responsible for accurately picking items from shelves or bins based on order specifications: The picker & packer will need to carefully select the correct items to fulfill customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.

- Efficiently pack items into boxes or containers for shipment: Once the items have been picked, the picker & packer will be responsible for securely and neatly packaging them to ensure safe delivery to customers.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area: It is important for the picker & packer to keep their work station tidy and organized to facilitate smooth workflow and to comply with safety regulations.

- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment: The picker & packer may be required to help with counting inventory, restocking shelves, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
