As a general manager of a pharmacy retail business, your responsibilities may include:

1. Overseeing day-to-day operations: You will be responsible for ensuring that the pharmacy runs smoothly and efficiently. This involves managing the staff, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring that customer needs are met.

3. Financial management: You will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. This may also involve managing inventory and controlling costs.

4. Human resources management: You will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing employees. You will also be responsible for creating and enforcing policies and procedures, as well as ensuring that the company complies with relevant labour laws.

5. Customer service: You will be responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products and services offered by the pharmacy. This may involve handling customer complaints, managing customer feedback, and ensuring that staff provide excellent customer service.
