education qualification: diploma in pharmacy and/or b. pharmacy

experience: 2 to 3 years of experience with hospital background

main objective of the role / key responsibilities:

- receiving indents.

- dispatching medicine to inpatient.

- attending out patient.

- receiving medicine from the supplier.

- arranging medicine according to their storage condition.

- purchase return of medicine due to their expiry date.

- handling narcotic & keep record of it.

- arranging non-available medicine from nearby chemist.

- hand over cash to next on duty staff.

- quarterly stocktaking

- physical stock taking of medicine –quarterly

knowledge and specific skills required:

- technical skill . good knowledge of medicine.

- verbal ability/communication skill

- numerical ability . to handle the medicine as well as the cash.

managerial and behavioral competencies:

- problem solving/decision making

- others: alert, active, and punctual
