**Job Title:** Pharma BPO Executive

**Salary:**

* Medical Background: ₹40,000 in-hand per month

* Non-Medical Background: ₹35,000 in-hand per month

**Experience Required:**

* Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support, Healthcare BPO, Pharma BPO, Medical Process, or Voice Process.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Handle customer queries professionally through calls.

* Provide accurate information regarding healthcare and medical services.

* Resolve customer concerns with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

**Eligibility Criteria:**

* Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.

* Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

* Medical or Life Sciences background preferred for the higher salary package.

* Immediate joiners only.

**Working Hours:**

* 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
