• Manage scheduling, emails, coordination work for CEO
• Manage many phone calls
• Help build and manage key relationships
• Manage coordination around admin, filings and paperwork for the office
• Take minutes during meetings
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Organize and maintain the office filing system
• Coordinate necessary paperwork, filings and compliance work for company
