We are a Private Limited medical type of equipment supply company that works depend on bye email supply  

Both freshers & experienced candidates can apply.

Age should be between (18-30) years.

We provide free training for fresher girls, we also provide free cab facility & free food in the office and Apartment/Flat facility for required candidates.

 Job Profile:

1) Capable of managing calls, emails and managing the officewith day-to-day other regular works.

2) Responsibility of new client acquisition 3) prepare correspondence Drafting letters, quotations, bills, payment receipts, etc.

4) Assist boss in all works and capable to connect with him and deliver the best performance.

Desire:-

Must be smart looking, Good in communication and convincing skill.

Attend meeting and keep minutes.
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
Handle and priorities all outgoing and incoming correspondence.
Make travel arrangements for executives.
Handle confidential Documents ensuring they remain secure.
Responsibilities and Duties
Prepare invoice and financial statements and provide assistance in book keeping.
Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective order.
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organised and easily accessible.
