Job Description

-Calendar Management

-Understand Managing Director's commitments & priorities. Thereby proactively and efficiently manage his time.

-Schedule recurring meetings, Schedule time zone meetings, Exec visits.

-Create and execute Managing Director's Rhythm of Business.

Acting as a single point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues

-Track agenda and action items from previous meetings, enable with capturing the discussion points and follow up items.

-Understand the agenda for the meeting requests, business impact and timelines before getting the meeting requests to MD to help prioritization.

-Minimize impromptu meetings and maintain buffer time.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory

-Preferable North India Candidates
