-calendar management

-understand managing director's commitments & priorities. thereby proactively and efficiently manage his time.

-schedule recurring meetings, schedule time zone meetings, exec visits.

-create and execute managing director's rhythm of business.

acting as a single point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues

-track agenda and action items from previous meetings, enable with capturing the discussion points and follow up items.

-understand the agenda for the meeting requests, business impact and timelines before getting the meeting requests to md to help prioritization.

-minimize impromptu meetings and maintain buffer time.

-excellent verbal and written communication skills

-fluency in hindi and english is mandatory

-preferable north india candidates
