We are seeking a Dynamic Personal Secretary & Strategic Assistant to partner with a leading Media Consultant. This is not a conventional support role—it is about becoming a trusted confidant, a discreet ally, and a catalyst for growth. You will blend executive support with business development, ensuring both the consultant’s vision and client success are seamlessly realized.

What You’ll Do

- Client Discovery & Engagement: Identify and connect with potential clients, nurturing relationships that drive business forward.

- Pitch & Proposal Excellence: Collaborate on persuasive pitches, polished proposals, and impactful presentations.

- Delivery & Account Stewardship: Coordinate project delivery and manage client accounts with precision and care.

- On-the-Ground Presence: Travel extensively alongside the consultant to ensure flawless execution and continuity.

- Trusted Partnership: Provide personal attention and anticipatory support, balancing professional duties with discretion and openness.

- Adaptability: Serve as a stabilizing force, agile in shifting priorities and dynamic schedules.

What We’re Looking For

- Graduate in Business, Media, or Communication

- 2–5 years of client-facing or executive assistant experience

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

- Willingness to travel extensively

- A spirit of confidentiality, loyalty, and openness
