BICM serves with a view to increase the access to higher education and improving the quality of education offered through the open and distance learning modes by coordinating such provisions in the state, BICM provides education across various disciplines and skills at different levels from Certificate to Post- Graduate that are imparted through Academic Schools, Universities and online coaching. The BICM has its digitalized learner support systems for impart quality of education including admission, examination, material distribution & academic counselling with its enriched resources. BICM established first in Kolkata under the Registration of Ministry of Corporate affairs, the Govt. of India.
