Reports directly to the Director’s.
Organizes all their daily activities/meeting schedules.
Arranges their travel and hotel bookings/itinerary.
Manages their company e-mail while they are on tour / out of town.
Follows up meetings/reminders for them.
Coordinates activities/weekly reports of various departments within the company.
Compiles, stores, and retrieves managerial data.
Answers all telephone calls and transfers to people concerned within the company.
Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the Reception Area.
In charge of distributing incoming/outgoing fax messages, emails.
Reports any deficiency occurring with the office equipment’s (fax machine, photocopier, telephone, internet) for proper action.
Monitors daily attendance and ins and outs of every staff.
Issue required form for leave / out-duty / travelling to staff.
Any other tasks as assigned by the Administration Director / Executive Secretary.
