Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and trustworthy Female Personal Assistant to support daily business and administrative tasks. The candidate will work closely with the director/owner and help manage schedules, meetings, documents, and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize the directors daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
Handle phone calls, emails, and messages
Maintain important documents, files, and reports
Coordinate with clients, staff, and business partners
Assist in property project documentation and follow-ups
Prepare presentations, reports, and spreadsheets
Arrange travel bookings, meetings, and events
Handle confidential information professionally
Support office operations and administrative work
Skills & Requirements
Female candidate preferred
Graduate (BBA / / MBA preferred)
13 years experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant (preferred)
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional personality and positive attitude
Salary
20,000 40,000 per month (depending on experience)
Working Hours
10:00 AM 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
