1. Administrative Work: You need to offer administrative support, including
filing, managing the office, drafting-sending letters and memos, check-reply
emails and other clerical work.
2. Liaisoning Work: You need to visit different department offices and
perform the required work there as per the instruction from the director.
Such as electricity bill payment, various land revenues payments time to
time, visit various offices like RMC office, ADM Office, Electric Departments
etc.
3. Making Travel arrangements: It includes reservations of flight and hotel.
4. Organizing meetings and events
5. Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports to the Director,
highlighting any issues, tasks accomplished, and any areas that require
attention.
