The ideal candidate will be a female with 0 to 3 years of experience and should have completed at least the 12th grade. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Administrative Tasks:** Assist with daily administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing documents to maintain an organized office environment.
- **Scheduling and Calendar Management:** Help schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring smooth coordination and timely reminders for all participants.
- **Communication Liaison:** Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and messages, to ensure that important information is relayed accurately and promptly.
- **Support Team Members:** Provide assistance to other team members with their tasks, offering help with research, presentation preparation, and other project-related activities.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain and update files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important information.
- **Assisting Executives:** Provide administrative support to higher management by preparing reports, handling correspondence, and performing other tasks as needed.
