review and checking pay-register & bank advice for agent & non-agent on monthly basis and liaised with payroll team for variance / issues / error if any.
checking & reviewing ctc report & liaising with payroll team for changes in ctc . remarks & confirmation for change in ctc, movement, band change, min wage etc.
checking onetime payments . sales incentives, gratuity pay, leave encashment, etc. and approvals for same.
review and checking salary register for s1 non-agent & s2 agent on monthly basis for ctc change, bank detail & movement basis and liaised with sa payroll team for variance / issues / error if any.
preparing & updating ctc report on monthly basis with remarks for changes and movements if any.
checking for over time, shift allowance, incentive & other onetime payment and approval for the same with south africa payroll team.
