- advises patients based on the doctor's reports.

- daily coordination with the consultant/center head based on surgery advice and conversion.

- maintain a checklist following management instructions. (for example, cataract, ffa, and others.)

- clearly explain to them the cost of the treatments/investigations in question.

- get reviews from patients and help with social media sharing.

- maintain a daily counselor report (advise, conversion, and patient wise details).

- working with tpas and insurance departments (sending pre-authorization, getting approval, and billing).

- before surgery, double-check all required paperwork connected to credit billing.

- keeping track of all advised patients in the counselor summary.

- making telephone calls and keeping track of the results.

- one day before the operation, prepare the surgical list and give it over to the concerned doctor and the center head.

- maintain contact with patients at all times.

- clearly explain to them the cost of the treatments/investigations in question.

- responsibilities can be changed if necessary.
