Hiring for Administration Manager / Centre Head for a reputed Diagnostic centre, who will be responsible creating employee schedules, monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations, and maintaining patient records.

- Advises patients based on the doctor's reports.- Daily coordination with the consultant/center head based on surgery advice and conversion.- Maintain a checklist following management instructions. (For example, Cataract, FFA, and others.)- Clearly explain to them the cost of the treatments/investigations in question.- Get reviews from patients and help with social media sharing.- Maintain a daily counselor report (Advise, Conversion, and Patient wise details).- Working with TPAs and Insurance Departments (Sending Pre-authorization, Getting Approval, and Billing).- Before surgery, double-check all required paperwork connected to credit billing.- Keeping track of all advised patients in the Counselor Summary.- Making telephone calls and keeping track of the results.- One day before the operation, prepare the surgical list and give it over to the concerned doctor and the center head.- Maintain contact with patients at all times.- Clearly explain to them the cost of the treatments/investigations in question.- Responsibilities can be changed if necessary.Desired Candidate ProfileQualifications: Candidates with graduation in any field can applyExperience: A minimum of 1 year of experience is requested (Preferably Eye hospital)
