Previous experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, or medical tourism.

Knowledge of healthcare systems, medical terminology, and patient care processes.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications for data management and communication.

Sensitivity to patient confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.

Multilingual capabilities and proficiency in English (required) and additional languages (preferred) to facilitate effective communication with international patients.
