Key Responsibilities:

- Check-In Assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring they have all necessary documents and guiding them to the right terminal.

- Baggage Handling: Assist passengers with baggage issues, such as lost luggage or excess weight, and provide solutions to ensure smooth handling.

- Boarding Support: Ensure that passengers board their flights on time by providing information and addressing any concerns they may have.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers, answering questions, and resolving any issues in a friendly and professional manner.

- Information Dissemination: Share flight information, including schedules, delays, and gate changes, to keep passengers informed and comfortable.
