Job Description

As a Passenger Service Agent, you will play an important role in ensuring a smooth travel experience for our passengers. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Check-in Assistance**: You will help passengers with the check-in process, guiding them through self-service kiosks or checking them in at the counter to ensure a hassle-free start to their journey.

- **Baggage Handling**: You will assist passengers with their baggage, making sure it is properly tagged and loaded, while also addressing any baggage-related inquiries.

- **Customer Service**: You will provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that passengers feel valued and supported throughout their travel experience.

- **boarding Process**: You will manage the boarding process, ensuring that passengers board on time and follow necessary procedures, which helps maintain flight schedules.

- **Information Provision**: You will provide passengers with information about flights, security checks, and airport facilities, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable.

- **Collaboration with Team**: You will work closely with other airport staff, including security and airline crew, to coordinate efforts for passenger safety and efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and possess a friendly and approachable demeanor. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are important, as is the ability to handle challenging situations effectively. A background in a customer service role is beneficial but not required, as we welcome freshers who are eager to learn.
