Panel Saw Machine Operator (Male)

Experience: 2+ years working on woodworking panel saws

Responsibilities:

Set up fence/stops, blades and cutting sequence for 8 × 4 ft boards based on approved cut lists.

Cut PLPB, MDF, HDHMR and plywood to drawings, maintaining tolerances, squareness and clean

edges.

Read panel labels/part IDs, prevent material mixing and record job-wise production, rejects and

offcuts.

Perform daily blade/machine inspections, safe material handling and first-level cleaning; escalate

faults.

Screening: Practical sheet-cutting test: cut list accuracy, square panels, safe operation and material

yield.
