We are seeking a skilled Furniture Carpenter with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality wooden furniture and ensuring all pieces meet our design specifications.Key Responsibilities:1. **Furniture Construction**: Build and assemble furniture items such as tables, chairs, cabinets, and other wooden structures according to design plans and specifications.2. **Material Selection**: Choose appropriate materials for furniture production, considering durability, cost, and aesthetics.3. **Measurements and Cutting**: Take precise measurements and cut wood and other materials with attention to detail to ensure a perfect fit for each project.4. **Finishing Work**: Apply finishes, paints, and varnishes to completed furniture pieces, ensuring a high-quality appearance and protection for the wood.5. **Collaboration**: Work closely with designers and other team members to ensure furniture meets quality standards and client expectations.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have completed an I.T.I. course in carpentry or a related field. Manufacturing and assembly of wooden furniture Cutting, shaping, and finishing of wood as per drawing Handling woodworking machines and hand tools Installation and fitting of furniture at workshop/site Ensuring quality standards and proper finishing Repair and modification work when required

- Safely operate cutting equipment:Ensure the safe operation of saws, axes, and other cutting tools to effectively cut wood according to specifications.- Measure and mark wood:Accurately measure and mark wood materials according to project requirements before cutting.- Maintain tools and equipment:Regularly inspect, clean, and maintain cutting tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.- Follow safety procedures:Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.- Assist in wood processing:Collaborate with team members to process wood materials efficiently and meet production goals.Required skills and expectations:- Must have knowledge and experience in operating cutting equipment such as saws and axes.- Ability to accurately measure and mark wood materials.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.- Physical strength and stamina to handle wood-cutting tools and equipment.- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions effectively.
